  Arbor Shrooms is very excited to offer a very limited strain; Avery’s Albino. Avery’s Albino Magic Mushrooms are a true albino strain of the Cambodian strain. It is unclear who is responsible for developing this strain but it is well known amongst the community that this is a true albino strain; meaning even the spores are white! The other well known “Albino” strain Albino A+ is actually Leucistic (partial loss of pigmentation in organisms) but not a true Albino.

  Avery’s Albino is rare and hard to grow. These Avery’s Albino shrooms are generally not very tall but have thick caps and thick stems. Reproducing this strain is tough because the spores it produces are also white in colour and very hard to visually collect.

This magic mushroom was found growing naturally in cow and horse dung in the Southern Florida Gulf coast (Treasure Coast). Since its discovery, Treasure Coast shrooms have proven to be a household name amongst psychonauts and mycologists. The Albino Treasure Coast mushrooms tend to have even more potency in its frosted caps.

  Albino Treasure Coast shrooms are known to for very large flushes. Its fruits are not very tall but they are known to grow in large thick clusters. The Albino strains tend to grow slower but also contain more psilocybin in its caps.

  Escondido Magic Mushrooms

  Escondido Magic Mushrooms (Psilocybe Cubensis, Escondido) is another strain coming from Southern Mexico. This strain comes from the Puerto Escondido region, a very temperate and near tropical region. The tropical climate and moisture allow for a perfect setting for wild mushrooms to thrive in the Escondido area. The indigenous population has been using magic mushrooms in this region for many centuries. Maria Sabina is a famous healer who introduced the western world to mushrooms by holding a ceremony for R. Gordon Wasson and his wife in 1955. Since this pivotal moment forward, the western world received psilocybin mushrooms with much wonder.

  Escondido shrooms are characterized by golden brown caps and lighter coloured stems. They are known to be extremely easy and fast to grow. Some growers report that second and third flushes of these shrooms are just as dense and fruitful as the first.

  The Escondido is average in potency and can be great for first timers as well as familiar psychonauts. Expect a good balance of insightfulness and visual effects. The traditional roots of this strain will bring out the shamanic experience many have gone through.
